Arab Voices is a platform dedicated to bringing outstanding contemporary Arabic literature to the attention of publishers, literary agents, translators, and readers around the world.

Launched in 2020, Arab Voices began with a curated selection of contemporary Egyptian literature, created to help promising works cross linguistic and geographical borders and reach international publishing markets.

Today, Arab Voices has grown into a wider regional platform, showcasing selected literary works from across 21 Arab countries and reflecting the richness, diversity, and vitality of contemporary writing in the Arab world.

Through carefully curated selections, accessible information in English, and connections with the international publishing community, Arab Voices helps make Arabic literature easier to discover, evaluate, and consider for translation and publication.

We believe that powerful stories can travel far beyond the places and languages in which they were written. Our role is to help those stories find their way to new publishers, new languages, and new readers.

Arab Voices focuses on promotion, visibility, and professional networking. We do not act as literary agents or negotiate publishing or translation rights. When international interest arises, publishers and other industry professionals are connected directly with the relevant rights holders.
